Diabetic Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. 2% milk1/2 c. apple juice
3 tbsp. liquid sweetener (or 7 packets powdered)
1 tsp. each cinnamon & nutmeg
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. cloves
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake about 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.Other Recipes you might like:
