Rhubarb Custard Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour (slightly rounded)
Cooking Directions:
Beat lightly 2 egg yolks with 1/3 cup water. Save whites for meringue. Mix yolk mixture into flour mixture, adding 1 1/2 cups cut-up rhubarb and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until set like custard. Top with meringue. Brown. One pie.Other Recipes you might like:
