Scalloped Edge Recipes
1. Seafood Omelet
4 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, Dash of Lemon-Pepper & Cavender's seasoning, Dab of butter, 1/3 c. grated Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, 3/4 c. cooked seafood (lobster, shrimp or scallops), chopped, Dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)
2. Steamed Chicken And Scallops Dumplings
1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 c. warm water (about 110 degrees), 1/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. shortening, 1 tsp. salt, About 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, Chicken and scallop filling (recipe follows), 8 oz. chicken, cubed, 8 oz. scallops, 1 tbsp. tarragon, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 tbsp. brandy, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1/2 c. cream, Salt and pepper to taste
3. Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes
6 pork chops, trimmed of fat edges, 1 pkg. prepared potatoes (Au gratin, scalloped, etc.), 1 can cream of mushroom soup
