Scalloped Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well drained
10 slices fresh bread cubes (crust removed)

Cooking Directions:

Beat sugar and eggs until smooth. Add melted butter, milk and pineapple. Stir until well mixed then toss bread cubes until coated in mixture.

Pour into buttered 9 inch casserole dish and bake at 300-325 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Nice to serve with ham.
