Hearty Hamburger Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger1 sm. onion, diced
Cooking Directions:
Cook in skillet, drain off fat. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's tomato soup Mashed potatoesDrain green beans. Mix together cooked meat and onions, beans, tomato soup direct from can. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with mashed potatoes. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F. 30-40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Mashed potatoes can be cold leftover mashed potatoes, freshly mashed or make ahead mash potatoes. Casserole can be refrigerated prior to heating and serving.
