Creamed Potatoes & Hot Dogs Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 lg. can peas
8 or 9 potatoes, pared & cubed
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, diced
Parsley flakes
1 pkg. hot dogs, sliced
Cooking Directions:
In large pan melt butter over low heat. Whip in flour. Cook until it bubbles. Add salt, pepper and milk. Cook until it starts to thicken. Add cooked potatoes, onion, peas and hot dogs. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.Other Recipes you might like:
