Mashed Sweet Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (18 oz.) cans vacuum-pack sweet potatoes1/4 c. packed brown sugar
6 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Cooking Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Beat in 1/4 cup brown sugar, 6 tablespoons orange juice, 1/4 cup butter, salt, eggs, cinnamon, and cloves. Spoon mixture into buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with pecan halves. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375 degree oven until heated through, 30 to 40 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
