1 chicken, cut up or boned chicken breasts, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. paprika, Salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c. shortening, 1 onion, chopped, 1 stalk celery, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/4 tsp. each thyme, savory and Accent, 1 bay leaf, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 to 1 c. red wine, 1 can button mushrooms (4 oz.), 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
