Chicken Mandarin Recipe

Ingredients:

1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. powdered ginger
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Cooking Directions:

Drain mandarin oranges and set aside. Mix lemon and orange juice, with honey, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees adding oranges 10 minutes before chicken is done. Good served with rice.
