Mandarin Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 med. heads Bibb lettuce2 (11 oz.) cans unsweetened mandarin oranges
24 pecan halves, toasted
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. Italian low calorie salad dressing
Cooking Directions:
Arrange lettuce, oranges, pecan halves, and onions on each of eight individual serving plates. Spoon salad dressing over salads. Makes 8 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
