1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. light cream, 1 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring, Scant 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar, 1/2 lb. blue cheese

4 oz. fully cooked ham, cut into thin strips, 1 c. broken pecans, 3/4 c. (3 oz.) crumbled blue cheese, 1/3 c. snipped parsley, 1/3 c. olive oil or salad oil, 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed, 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 8 oz. bow tie macaroni, uncooked, Grated fresh Parmesan cheese

3 c. cored, diced red or Golden Delicious apples, 1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice, 1 c. diced celery, 1 orange, pared, sliced, and halved, 1 c. green grapes, halved and seeded (if necessary), 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese, 1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced

7. Roquefort Dressing
1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1 1/2 c. blue cheese, 1 clove garlic, 3 tsp. finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 c. cauliflower, thinly sliced, 1/2 med. red onion, thinly sliced, 1/3 c. pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced, 1 c. mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 c. blue-veined cheese, crumbled, 1/2 c. green pepper strips, 5 tbsp. salad oil, 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. basil leaves, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 bunch watercress

1 sm. head lettuce, 1 bunch watercress, 2-4 oz. blue cheese or Feta (broken into chunks), 1 whole cloves garlic, Juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil, Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

10. Gorgonzola, Apple And Walnut Salad
Gingered Walnuts, 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 tbsp. each white wine vinegar and lemon juice, 2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp. salt, Dash of pepper, 2 large tart green apples, 1 lg. head romaine or green leaf lettuce, washed and crisped, 3 oz. (about 2/3 c.) crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue-veined cheese, GINGERED WALNUTS
