1. Hot Artichoke Dip
1 c. sour cream, 1 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (not marinated type) drained, 1 pkg. onion or leek soup mix

3 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, drained and finely chopped, 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated, 1 med. onion, chopped, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 6 single soda crackers, finely crushed, Dash of Tabasco sauce, Salt and pepper to taste
