Shrimp Remoulade Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. mayonnaise1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. minced Gherkins
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic (1/4 tsp. dried)
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lbs. cleaned large shrimp
Cooking Directions:
