Best Ever Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. grated coconut

Cooking Directions:

Beat eggs, sugar and salad oil together. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; beat into egg mixture. Stir in vanilla, fold in apples, walnuts and coconut. Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake tests done. May be served warm or with whipped cream or ice cream. This cake freezes well.
