Deli Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. onion, grated fine
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pour over shredded cabbage. Let sit in refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.Quick and Easy! Try mixing red cabbage and green for color or even add carrots.
