Lemon Slice - No Cook Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet of Marie's biscuits (crushed)2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. dessicated coconut
2/3 c. powdered sugar (icing)
1 tablespoon melted butter
2-3 teaspoon hot water
lemon juice (to taste)
lemon zest (if desired)
extra powdered sugar
Cooking Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the base together and push into a greased 30cm x 25cm tin. Refrigerate base for 1 hour.Mix the icing ingredients together and pour over the base. Top with a little extra coconut.
Refrigerate until icing has set. Once icing has set, sprinkle with extra powdered sugar. Slice into serving portions and eat.
