Molded Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4 c. cranberries
2 c. water
2 c. sugar

Cooking Directions:

Cook cranberries in water until the skins pop open. Strain, add sugar and blend. Boil rapidly for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a drop jells when dropped on a cold plate (220 degrees). Turn into a wet mold and chill.
