Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. green onion tops
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 drop green food coloring

Cooking Directions:

Combine garlic, onion tops and anchovy paste. Add to sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, lemon juice and food coloring. Blend well, chill 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes: Chilling a few hours after made enhances the taste by combining flavors, and taste best cold. This is best made in a blender, through it can be made with a rotary beater. It is a delicate dressing, and is not too good after more than 3 or 4 days, at most. Be careful with the green food coloring, it only takes a little.
