Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. cauliflower, sliced in sm. pieces
1 c. broccoli, sliced in sm. pieces
1 c. celery, sliced
1 cucumber, diced
1 c. zucchini squash, sliced thin
1 tomato, diced
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced in rings (preferably red onion)
Blue cheese dressing
1 c. lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. Miracle Whip light salad dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl and toss with blue cheese dressing.

BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:

1 c. lowfat yogurt1/2 c. Miracle Whip light salad dressing1 tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together well. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
