Bengal Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. shrimp
1 c. crabmeat
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. currants
4 tbsp. chutney
Juice of 1 lemon

Cooking Directions:

Blend 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1/2 tsp. curry powder together and pour over all the rest of the ingredients. Serves 6-8.
