Brie French Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

4 oz. brie, room temp.
1/2 c. butter, room temp.
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 (21 inch) loaf French bread

Cooking Directions:

1. Cream together the brie, butter, onion and basil; let sit 10 minutes to blend flavors.

2. slice bread lengthwise and spread with the cheese mixture. With a thin sharp knife, slash almost through the bread for individual portions.

3. Wrap in foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
