Green Goddess Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, broken into flowerets1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Green Goddess salad dressing
Cooking Directions:
Toss together.DRESSING:
1 tbsp. vinegar1 tbsp. sugar1/2 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. Green Goddess salad dressing
Mix dressing and pour over vegetables, mixing well. Best if stored in refrigerator overnight before serving. Will keep for 2 or 3 days.
