Honey - Lime Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 qt. strawberries, capped and washed1 c. honey
1/4 c. lime juice
1 1/2 c. toasted coconut
2 or 3 drops almond extract
Cooking Directions:
Place strawberries in dessert dishes and refrigerate. Mix honey, lime juice and almond extract. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Spoon lime and honey mixture over strawberries at serving time. Top with toasted coconut. Quick, easy and elegant.Other Recipes you might like:
