Cucumber - Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. shredded or grated unpared cucumber
1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Cooking Directions:

Dissolve Jello in 3/4 cup hot water. Add next 4 ingredients. Beat smooth. Add lemon juice. Chill slightly. Add cucumbers and onion. Chill in mold until set, sprinkle with chopped maraschino cherries when unmolded.
