Banana - Sour Cream Jubilee Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. sour cream3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
1/2-3/4 c. mini marshmallows
1-2 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional
Salt to taste
Red food coloring
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add drops of food coloring to suit. Spoon into individual custard cups or paper-lined molds. Or can be poured into oblong casserole and cut into squares. Freeze several hours before unmolding or cutting and serving. Fills 12 molds or oblong casserole dish.Other Recipes you might like:
