Ham Croissant Recipe

Ingredients:

4 oz. ham
1 croissant
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1/4 avocado
1/4 c. sprouts
1/8 fresh fruit garnish (melon)
1 leaf lettuce

Cooking Directions:

We used canned, Polish ham and slice it on #3 so it is so thin that it breaks apart for stacking. Cut croissant lengthwise. Put ham on bottom part. Cut slice of Cheddar cheese in half and put on ham. Heat in cheese melter.

Add 2 slices of avocado. Top with sprouts. Put top on croissant. Garnish with fresh fruit on leaf lettuce.
