Blender Bearnaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. tarragon
Cooking Directions:
Place in blender and turn on and off. With blender at highest speed, very gradually add hot butter (3/4 cup) in a steady stream. Serve immediately.Other Recipes you might like:
