Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 egg yolksPinch of cayenne pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. hot water
1 lb. butter which has been clarified (melted, skim off clear liquid and use only this)
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients except water and butter in blender. Mix on low speed. Add hot water while still blending. Gradually add warm clarified butter while blending on low speed.Other Recipes you might like:
