Hot Crab Canape Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 jar drained capers
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp. Accent
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco
3/4 c. grated cheese (sharp)

Cooking Directions:

Mix ingredients. Put in pie dish and cover with 3/4 cup of grated sharp cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with or on crackers.
