Thanksgiving Cranberry Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. cranberries1 c. raisins
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 apple, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Cook cranberries, raisins, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, clove and water over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes more before adding 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Jar and refrigerate.Other Recipes you might like:
