Tuna Fish Creole Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. chopped celery1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. onion
1 can tuna fish
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet. Then fry peppers, celery, and onions until brown. Add tuna, tomatoes, and soy sauce to this and let simmer for 30 minutes. Then take 2 tablespoons of flour, mix with 1/3 cup water and stir in sauce. Serve hot over cooked rice.Other Recipes you might like:
