Crispy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. butter1 egg
1 c. flour
2 c. Frosted Flakes, crushed
3/4 c. peanut butter flavored morsels
1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cream butter with both sugars, beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in crushed cereal, morsels, and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.Other Recipes you might like:
