Uncle Cary's Butter Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 dashes garlic powder
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter; add onions, cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer 5 minutes. If stored in refrigerator, warm before using. Makes about 1 cup.Other Recipes you might like:
