Easy Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cooking Directions:

Melt butter over low heat in heavy saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in milk; return to range and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. After removing from heat, gradually beat in egg yolks. Then beat in melted butter and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
