Butterfly Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:

I:
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. crushed garlic clove
1/4 c. catsup
Dash of A-1 Sauce
II:
1 c. barbecue
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tbsp. mint jelly

Cooking Directions:

Mix together.

II:1 c. barbecue2 tbsp. red wine1 tbsp. mint jelly

Cook first Number 1 for 2 hours, basting occasionally in 350 degree oven. TURN OVEN OFF. Pour over meat in hot oven Number 2 sauce for 1/2 hour more.
