Barley Pilaf With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

2 onions, chopped
1 3/4 c. pearl barley
1 lg. can mushrooms, stems & pieces
butter
1 qt. bouillon
1/4 c. soy sauce

Cooking Directions:

Saute onions until transparent and put into large casserole. Saute barley until golden. Add barley, mushrooms and 1/2 of bouillon to onions. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add rest of liquid, cover and bake at least 30-45 minutes longer. Add soy sauce, cover and bake 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
