Mary's Mushroom Caviar Recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, minced2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and parsley
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except mayonnaise. Drain if too moist. Add enough mayonnaise to hold together. Mound and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.Other Recipes you might like:
