Creamy Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 beaten egg yolks1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. garlic spread
1/2 c. whipping cream
Cooking Directions:
In small saucepan, combine egg yolks, water, mustard, vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend in garlic spread. Cool mixture thoroughly. Whip cream; fold into cooled mixture. Makes 1 1/3 cups sauce.Other Recipes you might like:
