Cuba Roberts' Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. raisins
Cooking Directions:
Combine sugar and dry mustard and cornstarch. Slowly add vinegar and blend. Add lemon juice and rind, water and raisins. Stir until well mixed. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over ham and bake.Other Recipes you might like:
