Pork With Apple Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lb. pork loin or tenderloin1 c. raisins
1 c. port wine
3 med. apples
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chicken stock
Cooking Directions:
Cook raisins, stock, and port over low heat until raisins are soft. Meanwhile, peel, core, and slice apples. Add apples to sauce and remove sauce from heat. Season pork loin with salt and pepper. Brown pork over high heat; place in oven and finish cooking at 350 degrees (1 hour for loin - 15-20 minutes for tenderloin).
