Sesame Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

4-5 doz. chicken wings or drumettes
1 (24 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. sauterne wine
1 clove crushed garlic or minced
Sesame seeds

Cooking Directions:

Combine and boil all ingredients, except wings and sesame seeds for 30 minutes. Cut wings in half, discard tip end. Cook wings for 15 minutes in soy sauce mixture. You may want to divide and cook. Remove and drain on cooking rack with paper towels underneath. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. This can be done ahead, freeze if you want. Before serving, heat in oven 15 minutes at 400 degrees or in microwave 5 minutes, turning once.
