Chili Sauce For Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Cooking Directions:
Cook ingredients over heat until thick and creamy. Marinate - 2 pounds of shrimp in a little lemon juice, pepper, salt and chilies, for an hour.Remove from marinade and fry quickly over moderate heat. Place shrimp (whole hot) in a tray and cover with sauce. Bake in oven (moderate heat) for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot. Alternately use chili sauce as a dip for the shrimp.
