1 lg. bag frozen green beans (French style), 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, chicken, shrimp, or pork, chopped, 2 lg. carrots, 1/2 med. head cabbage, Salt, Accent, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, Soy sauce, 25 lumpia wrappers
