1 can chopped green chilies or chopped green pepper, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, 2 c. shredded cheddar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. oregano, 12 egg roll wrappers
