(3 oz.) lemon Jello, 1 c. water, 1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chili salsa, 3/4 c. avocado cubes, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped green olives

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, 1 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. (3 oz. size) lemon Jello, 1/2 c. white wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 med. cucumbers, pared, seeded & shredded (2 c.), 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 2 tbsp. grated onion, 2 tbsp. horseradish, About 20 paper-thin slices cucumber, Watercress

2 env. Knox gelatin, 1 c. cold water, 1 c. boiling water, Juice of 1 lemon, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) grapefruit sections with juice, 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained), 1/2 c. slivered almonds



6. Zesty Crab Tomato Aspic
1 can zesty tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello (dissolved in 1 c. water), 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. Tabasco, 1-2 stalks chopped celery, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 2 green onions, chopped, 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped, 2 cans crab (tuna can be used)

1 lg. box lemon Jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce with mushrooms, 1 can water chestnuts, chopped, 1/2 heaping c. chopped celery & green pepper, 1 sm. jar stuffed green olives, sliced

2 env. unflavored gelatin, 18 oz. tomato or tomato-vegetable juice, 1/3 c. wine vinegar, 1 tsp. salt, Dash Tabasco, 2 med. tomatoes, peeled and diced, 1 lg. cucumber, peeled and diced, 1 med. green pepper, diced, 1/4 c. finely chopped red onion, Optional: 1 tbsp. chopped chives, 1/2 c. grated, unpeeled cucumber, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt, Freshly ground black pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp. dill weed

3 c. grated cucumber, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 tbsp. Knox gelatin, 1 tsp. grated onion, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, Dash of Tabasco sauce
