Blender Borscht Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) can beets1 can water
1/4 sm. onion
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Cooking Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender, then boil for 5 minutes. Chill and serve with sour cream, or small boiled potatoes.Other Recipes you might like:
