Russian Cabbage Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. hot water
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
Cooking Directions:
Combine the beef, pork, rice, egg, sugar, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place cabbage leaves in boiling hot water for a few minutes for easy rolling. Roll meat mixture inside individual leaves. Place rolls in baking pan. Dot with butter. Combine soup and water. Pour over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
