Peach-cantaloupe Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. ripe peaches, peeled and diced2 c. cantaloupe, peeled and diced
Grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
12 maraschino cherries, with juice
3 c. sugar
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel kettle, set over rather low heat and simmer until the mixture is quite thick. Stir frequently while cooking. Have scalded pint size jars ready. Pour into jars and seal. Yield: about 4 pints.Other Recipes you might like:
