1. Marinated Carrots
1 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked until crispy tender, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 med. onion, chopped, 1 can tomato soup, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. cider vinegar, 1/2 c. oil

1 lb. sliced carrots, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 tsp. ginger, chopped, 5 c. chicken broth, 2-3 tbsp. lime juice, 2 tbsp. butter

2 lbs. carrots, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 3/4 c. apple vinegar, 1/2 c. oil, 1 can tomato soup (do not dilute)
