Pickled Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:

2 bunches carrots, sliced
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
Salt and pepper
2 med. onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced

Cooking Directions:

Boil carrots until tender. When cool add sliced onions and green peppers. Mix soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
